Hello Customer, thank you for the review. Eyelation does provide a blue light filter option for our safety eyewear because we know that there are customers who would benefit from this option as well. Unfortunately, your employer has limited their coating options and has made blue light filter unavailable to order at this time. We would recommend reaching out to your EHS safety manager and requesting this as an option made available for employees. We appreciate your feedback!

Hello Customer. Than you for your review. Eyelation typically offers a large variety of frames, however recently there have been some backorders with manufacturers so Eyelation turns off frames in the system to prevent people from ordering something that is not available. In addition, your employer has limited the frame selection to certain criteria and does not allow for employees to upgrade beyond their selection. We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the options. We continue to try to source new items so that everyone has a wide variety and will continue to work with your employer to hopefully add more frames soon. We appreciate your feedback!

Hello Kipp. Thank you for your review. We will have customer service reach out to you about your case and get you one that fits. We apologize for the inconvenience but will get this taken care of right away. Sometimes if the frame selected won't fit in the zipper case, we replace it with one that is made for the frame. We will double check and send you the right one. Thank you!

Hello Customer. Unfortunately, the system is locked so that employees are not able to edit the shipping address when the orders go to the company location. I do see a note under your location that the program administrator contacted us today already to update the address. IT is in the process of updating it and you order will be shipped correctly. Thank you for letting us know and as always feel free to email [email protected] or call 888-308-4703 if you need anything else. Thank you for your review!

Hello Walter. Thank you for your review. We understand that some customers want to be able to look and feel the frame before purchasing it, however do to the changing selection it makes it challenging. If a product goes on back order, we are able to turn it off from the system so that it is not ordered, and we continually try to add new products to meet the needs of the customers. For those reasons, and others, it is hard to have the frames on site, but we do understand that it can be helpful. We do offer a 30-day no questions ask return policy so that you can try your glasses out and exchange them if you have any issues with the frame. We hope you like your new safety glasses, but give us a call if you have any questions or concerns about the frame or lenses and a trained optician will be able to help. Thank so very much or your feedback!

Hello Dennis. Thank you for your review. The glasses you ordered last time were on backorder, but if you are not satisfied you have 30 days to return or exchange your glasses. We recommend you call 888-308-4703 to speak with an optician and get a frame recommendation for something that you are looking for. The frame you ordered comes with a dust bar and foam gasket, but we can recommend something else to make sure you are comfortable. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.

Hell Customer. Thank you for your review. I took a look at your account and your employer did limit the collection a lot. We typically recommend employers do not limit the collection to make sure customers have a wide variety of frames to choose from. I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your options. If you would like to contact us and speak with an optician we may be able to assist in finding something in your collection that you might like. Let us know if there is anything we can do!
