needs to have larger selection and when using the filter system not all options are displayed you have to change filters and deselect other filters to get other options

We will see if the prescription is accurate. The glasses must fit my face. And the pupillary distance is correct. My optometrist gave me their pupillary distance but advised I use your photo method. Send me a questionnaire after I get my glasses

Broken safety glasses, you wanted me to ship back only pair that I had and pay for shipping while I waited for the new ones to arrive. Totally unacceptable This should have been a much easier process, but your company didn't make it that way

No support on website Have no idea when to expect my glasses in the mail or a phone number to call and ask. Found a number, talked to a pleasant lady, said they would give a tracking number once mailed. That didnt happen, just showed up one day in the mail after 3 weeks. Just a simple email saying something would be nice.
