very difficult to maneuver

Hard to navigate.

The shoe that I wanted wouldn't let me select the width but kept giving me errors that I had to select one. The filters are not any good , I couldn't select a color or toe material. If I clicked on a shoe and went back it would take me to the top and not back where I was.

Very expensive for a benefit we are supposed to receive from our company. You would think tinted lenses would be a basic need for most who work outside, looking up in the sun all day working with trees, but no, not here; that's extra. You want scratch protection or anti-glare? Nope, that's extra as well. I could just use my EyeMed insurance and get the same for the same cost with all these basic needs included. So what's the point? Very dissatisfied with our company for using this eye care company. Not much of a benefit at all.

To start, train people of the use of the iPad for the ordering, but actually I cannot understand WHY we need to go to the eye doctor for the exam yet cannot order glasses while there. Seems to be a much more efficient process.

I was given a QR code to scan with my phone. Created an account. Then I tried to order prescription safety glasses. The site would not download the pic of my prescription paperwork and gave me the option to have an email sent to me but i did not get an email. Finally tried to take a picture of my face to upload for PD (pupil distance) and that also would not download. On the flyer i was given had only the MSCdirect.com phone number which is the wrong number. Very bad experience.

Selection is poor. Prices are high. No information given concerning sizing or anything to help with purchase decision.

They took forever to get my frames to me last time, I only get glasses through them because of my employer. They recently changed their prices, and now, to get the cheapest frames that will fit me, I need to pay a portion of pocket. I know those frames only cost a couple of dollars to make. It's a rip off, and you can't even try the frames on before buying.
