Hello Tim, thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear that you found the ordering experience convenient. We try to offer as many shoe styles as possible, but in this case, your company has limited some styles to meet the safety shoe standards that they require. We are always looking to source more shoe styles in different sizes and widths and hope you enjoy the safety shoes you selected. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at 708-468-8229. Thanks again!

Hello Customer, thank you for your review! Eyelation continues to source new frames to offer a wide variety to our customers. Depending on your company's work restrictions, some frame styles may have been removed from the collection. Our opticians review every order to determine if the frame selected will be a good fit for our customers and will reach out to the customer if there are any concerns. If you are not satisfied with your order, Eyelation has a return policy where you can return/exchange your glasses within 30 days of receiving them and an optician can help you select an option that would work best for you. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your glasses. Thanks again!

Hello Dave, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the frame selection. We try to offer a wide variety of frames to our customers but, in this case, your employer has limited the frame options available to employees. All of our polycarbonate lenses have a basic scratch coating, but our Anti-Fog and Blue Light lens treatments have an ultra hard coating that is an extra coating to protect against scratches and comes with a 1 year lens warranty. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at 708-468-8229 or at [email protected]. Thank you!
