Customer service was excellent the…
Customer service was excellent the representative answered all my questions and it was a very easy process very good job.I just want to add also when processing my order she noticed a discrepancy with whether or not I want to bifocals or just single lens and before she processed it she called me to get clarification and she really went out her way to make sure that the order was right and I appreciate that

The Kiosk was quick and easy to use
The Kiosk was quick and easy to use. Just wish there was enough time to physically try them on. Also being in facility Maintenance "prescription tinted glasses", as we work outside very often. "No line Bifocals" very difficult to focus on small issues in tight spaces with separated lenses and is also not very safe when working with electrical. " scratch resistant" prolong the use of our glasses. All theses issues should be at no cost to the employee as these are considered a "functional safety use" for us and not a luxury as we would pay for these additional options/costs on our "non working" glasses.

Easy process
Easy process. I would like to know expected delivery which is not revealed. And a larger selection of frames would be nice.
