In order for the virtual-try on feature to be as accurate as possible, we recommend the photo is taken straight on with no glasses or mask obstructing the face. It is also important that the PD is entered accurately as well. If you are looking to re-upload/re-try a photo on the web order site using your phone, you can choose the "Retake" button, or you can go back to the dashboard and select "Add Photo" again to take a new photo. The frame that you chose is a plastic frame and is considered lightweight. Hello Customer, thank you for your feedback! PD stands for pupillary distance. This is the distance between the center of the pupil of the right eye and the center of the pupil of the left eye. This measurement is used to determine where you look through the lens of your glasses. If the PD is wrong, you may not be able to focus your eyes together properly. If your PD is not located on your prescription, you can call your eye care provider where you received your eye exam and request the PD. Hello Frank, thank you for sharing your feedback. We do not see that you have received the current pair of safety glasses that you have ordered yet. We also do not see any history of past orders. Eyelation has a 30 day guarantee on most safety glasses ordered. During the 30 period, you may send your glasses back to Eyelation one time, at Eyelation's expense, for an adjustment, exchange, or a full refund. The 30 day exchange period begins from the date they are delivered, not ordered. We also have a 1 year frame warranty policy on all frames where we will replace the old frame with a brand new one in the event that the frame breaks within a year of purchase. There is also an additional 1 year lens warranty if you have purchased the Ultra Hard Coating or Anti-Fog with the Ultra Hard Coating as well.
