There was not clear instructions about setting up an account or logging in, at first. Then once I received the instructions everything was easy to accomplish so far.

Quick appointment with prescription. Next visit, having more than one technician would probably help as my 2:00 appointment became a 2:30 one due to the technician getting behind. There were four people behind me when I left.

Glasses came in quickly and are good quality with the correct prescription. Website was somewhat difficult to use and required more steps than it seemed which only came about when an error occurred.

Selection was the smallest I've ever seen working with you all for a good 10 years now. Still was fine, just a slight disappointment.

Face profile was a bit confusing. I thought it was just needed to identify the user. But it was mandatory for a PD measurement. A PD was not provided by my doctor. If that was needed, I should have been informed ahead of time. "Let Eyelation calculate the PD" should be highlighted, I missed it several times as an option to pick, and I needed to take a new pic of myself, without glasses, that is not distorted by the phone's camera lens.( I think many will just take a selfie, that lens distortion can really alter the PD, IMO) My wife buys prescription glasses online and there a real-time camera scanning tool used for PD and fit. Maybe a simple version of that app would help. Good experience overall.
