I like the way they come out to our…
I like the way they come out to our company..we actually get to see and try on frames...but I don't feel the line between near and far sighted is correct.. I have issues with trading up close I have to lift up my games a little too be able to read

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, but I have not received my glasses yet. I would say that the amount of time it takes to get glasses needs to be improved. Once I receive it I will see how it fits.

I did not like have to inquire of the…
I did not like have to inquire of the status of glasses and find out frames on back order almost a month after putting in order. The I chose another frame and it took almost 2 weeks to get glasses.

I think taking a picture to measure your face does not work. I have to send my back to get a size bigger frame. Email me on how to do that.

Where is the prescription that he's…
Where is the prescription that he's supposed to give me? I don't see no numbers anyway. You tell me there'll be a prescription and they can stick to that doctor I don't see it anywhere, no papers with my glasses or nothing.

Appointment was fine, but follow through was horrible.
The appointment went fine and I got my spectacles for my respirator within about 3 weeks. HOWEVER, I did not get my safety glasses at all. I went back to the on-site office where the person there said she didn't check on the prescription afterwards, and they cancelled my order all together. She said that she normally checks for messages from the lab, but didn't on my order. Thus, it was cancelled since she did not respond to the lab's request. She had to re-order my safety glasses. They were shipped the following week, but I was incredibly disappointed that she didn't follow up on my order and because of this, I had to go another 3 to 4 weeks without safety glasses.
