Easy Process but some details missing
Ordering process and uploading images and prescription was easy but there were some details I feel should have been clearer: 1. Total cost. Even though our employer is paying a certain amount, the total cost including frames, lenses, coatings, etc were higher than I have paid in the past at other locations. This is not evident until you get to the end of the process. 2. Frame Info. There is not much info on each frames to help us make a decision. Features, multiple images, actual size, etc. 3. Some frames mention lens insert. Wasn't sure what that was and didn't understand it so I avoided frames with that designation.
