Hi Luther, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear we did not meet expectations. Our system requires us to receive the old frames prior to processing the new order. Once we received the original order by mail, we are able to proceed with the new order. The new order is currently being processed and you will receive an email once it ships. Some companies benefit packages allow us to process with out receiving the return, however your company does not. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Eyelation does offer a variety of lens options, coatings and frames. Companies determine the benefit they provide to their employees.
