Hello Jason. We understand your frustration with the order. I looked into your account. The prescription that was uploaded cut off provider info as well as service/expiration dates. An email was sent requesting another another RX to be uploaded with the required information on April 24th. No reply. A follow up email was sent on May 2nd requesting the same information. No reply. On May 8th still no reply. Order was cancelled and refunded your money. An email was sent as well on May 8th informing you of this action. We are sorry for the inconvenience. -Team Eyelation

Headache with the safety glasses. I feel there is issue with the axis or the way the glasses are curved. Need to have different model, where the glasses are not curved much and plane.

Hello Varad. We're sorry the safety glasses caused you discomfort. I have reviewed your order. The frame has a very low base curve. Pretty flat. If you feel the axis is off you might need to see your doctor. We can remake them for you if the RX needs to be changed. Frame looks good, but it kind of does not fit my face well and slides down with in 2 seconds. Please let me know i fthis could be fixed

Otherwise you could try an optical office. Usually Wal Mart, Target, Etc. Will do it for you. This is the 2nd year that i cant use the glasses that they sent me. These are company paid safety glasses that I need to do my job. I don't know what they do that is so different from the other places but I cant use the glasses. Many other coworkers have complained as well.

Remote onsite ordering issues - If you come to our worksite, take a picture of my prescription that I spend the time to obtain, enter my order information, fit the glasses and take my money, you should supply what I ordered. You did not. You printer didn't work, your app didn't work, etc.

I have not received my glasses yet. Aside from the E-Mail saying there is a delay with my order. No other communications received. No new ETA. No explanation.

Unfortunately, the glasses came with different prescriptions in each eye and one lens was transition while the other was not. So the glasses are unusable :(
