Customer service was helpful. I was having trouble logging into my account and I got help immediately when I called customer service. Only reason for the 4/5 stars rather than 5/5 stars is due to the pricing of the lenses. It's absurd how pricey these materials cost.

I like being avle to do this on my phone instead of a kiosk. What I didn't like was if I wanted to see a new selection it brought me back to the beginning everytime. Why couldn't it pick up where I left off instead of having to start the process of looking at glasses from the start

It worked pretty well. Not sure what the glasses are going to be like? I definitely got them ordered and they took payment. We will just have to wait and see.
