We cannot upload our prescription from Samsung to the Eyelation website. I had to upload the prescription from my house.

Easy to use website. Prescription requirements not wholly explained particularly the PDs. Modest selection. No accessory information. 30-return policy is admirable.

The ordering process was easy but there was an issue with my prescription that I received an email about the missing information quickly but when I tried to supply the information necessary that was not handled anywhere near as quickly and i could not get a hold of anyone on the phone to address whether the information needed was receieved

I placed an order on 1/23/23. The order has shown "processed" for a week & a half now. No shipping info available as of today, even though the order confirmation email said that they would ship within 10 days.

Hi Interface with client by software is ok. brand models have going low, I do not Know if you have some kind of supply problems , but in the near past a client could choose over 50 different frame models. Now there are some limitations.
