I don't like the fact that my frame size choices etc. go back to default while trying on different frames

None of the Glasses were visible to see what they looked like.

You didn't have all the different frame styles available to try in person and the selection was pretty bad.

Pretty easy The process was pretty easy. I would have appreciated more explanation of some of the terms, such as "frame fit." Also, a way to select several frames for further comparison; e.g., showing up to five frames on my face for comparison. My biggest complaint is that there was no way to change the shipping address to ship to my home (where I actually work) instead of the office.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 9, 2023
Hello. Regarding the shipping issue, it looks like your company has made a policy that it needs to ship to work which is why you were unable to change that. We apologize for that and will look into making that clearer during our checkout process. We appreciate your feedback on your other suggestions and will forward this on to our team for consideration for future improvements. Thank you!

More expensive than other sites for same glasses. No blue light blocking option available. Progressive lenses usually require a pupillary distance measurement. No option for this on site.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 9, 2023
Hello Don. We are sorry about that. We do have a blue light option, but since your employer sets what can be shown in the system, it sounds like that option was removed. Don't worry about the PD. If you provided a photo, our system will calculate it for you. We appreciate your feedback, and thank you for your review!

Cumbersome website. After viewing a pair of shoes clicking back to shoes clears all filters. Opening in a new tab opened the same pair of shoes no matter which shoe was selected. No way to filter by shoe type (e.g. boot vs sneaker). Cannot sort shoe list. No information on each shoe available, had to do additional research on other websites.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 9, 2023
Hello, We appreciate your feedback about the selection process. We will let our team know about the issues you faced and hope to address them in future updates. Thank you!
