communication/email as far as keping me up to date as when to expect me order would be helpful. plus when i lok at my order it only shows 1 pair of shoes, i ordered 2, and you dont show me my refund for the last pair of insoles. thank you

process was complicated to use with combination of personal account being created for an employer account. there was little instruction and the only means of support was customer support who knew very little about our plan so had to consult our safety department and have a group call to customer support then still order was not correctly filled and had to go through it all over again to get it corrected. human interaction matters

The glasses are nice but the side arms dig into my head and ear to much and cause me personally a headache and bruised areas that make it hard to wear then comfortably.
