Need to allow users to freely enter birthdate. Currently you have to manually click the back arrow on a calender set at the current date. I'm 57. Imagine how long that took!!!

Confusing when ordering. Need to be more specific on ordering. Found out later that I needed to go to my profile to add photo before placing order.

The quick exam was easy, but the representative was rude & had smart-alecky attitude towards everyone that was up there when I was (5 people). I had to reschedule my appointment due to an unexpected work conflict - and she wanted me to come back two hours later (she said she was going to go take a lunch after 9am) - but I had rescheduled through the website, so she went ahead and did my exam. They need to block out lunch times, not leave them all open for appointments. She was rude about it though, and rolled her eyes. Knowledgeable but not professional.

Hello Susan. We appreciate your feedback. We aim for all employees to have a great experience and we are continuously working to better our customer service. We do schedule a one hour lunch for every visit; some lunches will be earlier in the day because the technicians start so early. Thank you for your review.

My company requires that we have side shields for safety glasses. It is unclear why I am offered non side shield options. It seems you should offer side shields as a option or additional accessory for those glasses that do not have them as part of the design.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jun 5, 2023
Hello. I am sorry for the confusion; all the safety frames come with clear side shields. Some of the photos in the selection don't show them in the image. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
