We are forced to use this company at work. Website sucks, can’t sort by features, all prices are msrp so the the company is definitely getting ripped off. Returns are a hassle. Have to search styles separately to see actual reviews.

4 months no glasses
March 2025 was Eyelations first visit to our company (replaced our prior good local vendor). I signed up for the first appointment and arrived a few minutes early. The vendor’s rep was also just arriving. I waited close to an hour before she could see me. The publicized “eye exam” was simply an eye chart taped to the wall, and she decided to use my old prescription instead of “testing” my vision. I selected a pair of safety glasses and left. The entire process required more than 90 minutes. Even worse, I never received my glasses. We just followed up with Eyelation and they said my order will take another four weeks! We'll see...

It was much easier last year when some of Representatives came valmont I think at least twice during the year . The computer program was rather confusing and seemed continue to back of selections I made.

Terrible quality control
Well, my order clearly states that transitions should be a part of my safety glasses but they do not transition. I highly doubt that the antifog was added either.

AWFUL RECREATION OF MY PRESCRIPTION
I SUBMITTED A PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS MAYBE A MONTH OLD WHEN I HAD MY SAFETY GLASSES MADE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT PRESCIPTION THEY USED TO MAKE MY SAFETY GLASSES BUT IT WASN'T THE ONE I PROVIDED. I CANNOT SEE ANYTHING OUT OF THE GLASSES. AND MY PERSONAL GLASSES WITH SAME PRESCRIPTION ARE PERFECTLY FINE.
