If you've had a prescription from an eye exam in the past two years, you cannot get a prescription from eyelation

I was not informed prior to my appointment (which was supposed to function as an eye exam and product ordering) that if I had had an eye exam within the last two years I would be ineligible for an exam with Eyelation. The Eyelation employee asked me when my last eye exam was, I said it was about a year ago, and she immediately informed me that she could not do an eye exam. I attempted to explain why I wanted one (I thought my prescription might have changed, my legal name had changed since I had the prescription and I was worried it would not be accepted, I did not have a copy of my prescription, etc.) She said this did not change anything, and was also oddly judgmental of how I chose to wear my contacts, so much so that the other employee in the room interrupted her to refocus the conversation. I understood that the eye exam policy might have been out of her control (though I was disappointed that Eyelation said nothing about this prior to the appointment), but her attitude was off-putting. She also took a picture of me on her cell phone for Eyelation's records, which I found strange since I knew I no longer wanted an Eyelation product. Eyeglasses were ordered for me anyways, but the product order was cancelled since I did not provide a copy of my prescription. I did not want to order glasses if Eyelation could not do an eye exam. Especially since I work overnight and had to stay around for two extra hours to take the earliest possible appointment, I found this to be costly waste of time. I wish Eyelation had been clear about the criteria for getting an exam and the employee had been more understanding.

My order was delayed more than 2months
My order was delayed more than 2months. they lost the faxed prescription twice, both time it was faxed from my EYE Dr.'s office and from my workplace Nurse and i have to summit three time still I did not receive my per of safety glass. I don't think I will trust your compony any more.

Shopping online especially for prescription eye glasses is tricky you need more realistic images of your products and that is the reason I have returned mine, didn't look like the "only one image " on your website, literally you glued a prescription lenses on pair of cheep safety glasses, I was really disappointed with the poor quality and overall look of your product
