After several attempts to log in I gave you guys a call no one ever picked up the phone even though it gave options of customer service technical and all these different things so finally I went back to the website and I use the interactive part of the website to ask y'all what the problem was then the person on the other end told me my login which was the exact same login that I was trying to use no difference then it finally worked and I was able to order my glasses I'm sure I'm not the only person who's had this problem you need to look into it why is no one picking up the phone at the place why is no one returning phone calls

I do NOT like saving my credit cards on sites and your site gave me no option but to save to be able to move forward.

I don't like that I ordered my glasses on 8/6/23 and have not heard a word from Eyelation. It said 7-10 days to get my order. And when I go to track the order, it says " tracking not available. When I tried the " contact us " button, it only gives an option to send an email. It has been 30 days and I am still waiting...

Not being able to support all kinds of FSA or HSA cards for payment of additional features for your safety glasses.

Very difficult to select the correct size frame. Website doesn't have any guide to help select something that will fit. Ended up looking at the numbers on my existing eyeglasses, and tried to select something comparable. As a result, I was limited to just two frames that were a close match. Very disappointing in that. Also, very disappointed to see Eyelation has jumped on the nonsensical "gender fluid" bandwagon. Absolutely ridiculous, and 100% anti-science.

I like the fact you can order online but wish you had more discription of the glasses and easy to enter you perception. Would like to see maybe video of people wearing the glasses and a brief description that would definitely help.

There appears to be a good variety of frames to choose from and the ordering process is simple. However, the descriptions provided are very limited and the images of the frames are only from 1 perspective. There is no way to tell if a certain desired feature is included in the design, a bit of a gamble.
