We made sure to follow the script your doctor had provided, but we understand that sometimes they can vary slightly in different frames. Unfortunately, it's over the 30 Day period to send them back, but in the future, please contact us right away to fix any issues for you. Your eye care provider may be willing to adjust your glasses for you if needed at no charge, but if you are still having issues, please let us know and we can look into sending you a strap for your safety glasses. Hello AW. We are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. The frames being twisted is not normal for us since we do adjustments during our quality check. We apologize if your order slipped by this step. In the future, please contact us right away during our 30 day satisfaction guarantee period so that we can address any issues regarding your order with our opticians. The color cast to your lenses is due to the powder embedded in them that helps filter out the blue light radiation. The color you mention is something others have also commented on.
