No overly impressed
After my first time using the web page and services I am a bit disappointed with the pricing structure. After reading the 30 day return policy and seeing that it is not based on the time I have with the product but rather on the time since I placed the order I see there can easily be a problem. It if takes 15 days to receive the product then I have only 15 days to evaluate and return the product. That's a pretty sorry way of doing business. edit: after re-reading the return policy I noticed that it stated that 30 day return policy begins from the time the item is "SHIPPED". So that might buy you an addition few days. I will now reduce my rating to 2 stars.

Hello. Our return policy actually states that the 30-days is based on receiving the product, not based on order date. We know that ordering online can be hard at times, so our return policy is flexible in that people have 30 days with their safety glasses and can return or exchange for any reason, no questions asked.
