I think the company is easy to use, but I wish there was more of a selection of pull on boots

The website to order our company safety glasses was very confusing and not user friendly. It took me an hour just to navigate through the site to completely order my glasses. It was very difficult to upload my photo (this was required) and my prescription due to "security issues" switching back and forth from my "personal" computer profile to my "work" profile, as I had the photo of myself and the photo of the prescription located on my smartphone. And at first it was very unclear and misleading as to the amount the company would pay towards the glasses. I was under the initial impression that the safety glasses would be provided by the company free of charge, and was unaware of any "additional" features that would have to be purchased. Finally, at the end when my order was completed, I had also purchased a case for my safety glasses which was charged to my credit card, but the final order invoice did not show the case on the invoice at all. Update: Eyelation recently contacted me and assured me that the case for my glasses had been ordered and sent me the receipts for my safety glasses, safety inserts, and case, via email. They do have excellent communication and customer service.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear you had difficulties with our website; we want it to be uncomplicated and definitely not time consuming. After reviewing your order, your case was added correctly and will ship with your glasses. However, you should have received an email from the optician working on your order. We need a copy of your prescription. You can email it to him directly or email it to "[email protected]" and we would be happy to upload it to your account for you. Sorry again for all the complications. Thank you!

You need to add insoles to the website so we can purchase them through the website, you can also add shoelaces and shoe cleaners, etc.

At the end when I needed to pay it wanted to save my info to “Link” and wouldn’t let me check out without it. Therefore I completely changed my order so that I didn’t owe anything additional, meaning I really didn’t get what I wanted
