Hello Customer. We appreciate your feedback. All glasses come with a 30-day return policy so that if for any reason, you are able to call us and return or exchange them. We do however feel that you will be pleasantly surprised with your glasses. A staff optician reviews the order and takes measurements before processing your order. We know ordering glasses online might seem different, but we are here to help! An optician can also guide you with frame selection if you are interested in changing once you get your order. Hello Customer. I will share your feedback with the team regarding the take photo instructions. An optician always reviews the photo before processing the order to make sure that they can get proper measurements with it. Some companies limit the frame selection for their employees. While our e-commerce site offers a large variety of frames available, sometimes safety administrators limit what their employees can order for a variety of reasons. I am sorry if you were expecting to order more and not pleased with the offering. We always encourage customers to talk to their administrators if they would like to see more available. Hello Bim. I am sorry to hear that there was an issue with your glasses. Frames come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, so please reach out to us at your convenience so we can see if you are eligible. If you ordered ultra-hard coating or anti-fog coating, the lenses also come with an additional 1 year scratch warranty. Please contact us at your convenience so that an optician can review your order and assist in potentially getting them replaced for you.

Hello Customer. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Typically glasses ship in 7-10 business days. However, our labs and shipping carriers are both experiencing some delays because of restrictions due to COVID. Eyelation sent delay notifications out to our customers and we hope you received it so that you were aware. Hello Monty. I'm happy that the wipes helped the lenses. We are very sorry about the respirator insert. The delay was caused by your employer not sending us the insert right away. We will have someone check the status of your order and reach out to you. In regards to you sending several emails, I'm very sorry, but I do not see that we received any emails since you ordered. Hello Customer. For the anti-fog to work best, the wipes that were shipped with the glasses need to be used to activate the coating. If you are not satisfied with the product or feel they may not be working correctly please give us a call at 888-308-4703 so that we can get this corrected for you. I looked at your respirator insert order and your employer provides the insert for Eyelation to put lenses into. We did not receive the insert for 2 weeks, which caused the delay in making the lenses however I see that they are in finishing at the lab and should ship to you very soon. We apologize you were not notified of the delay in receiving the insert from your employer and will speak to our internal team about that. Customers have 30-days to try on their glasses and return/exchange them if they are not completely satisfied.
