All glasses come with a 30-day return policy so that if you need to for any reason, you are able to call us and return or exchange them. A staff optician reviews the order and takes measurements before processing your order. An optician can also guide you with frame selection if you are interested in changing once you get your order. Hello Customer. Thank you for your review! Eyelation typically offers a large selection of frames. However, recently there have been some backorders with manufacturers, so we turn off frames temporarily in our system to try and prevent customers from ordering something that is currently not available. We continue to try to source new frames so that everyone has a wide variety and will continue to work with your employer to hopefully add more frames soon. Thank you for your feedback!

Hello Ricky. I apologize for the delay in your order. It looked like it shipped and got stuck in the Postal Service's system, however it does look like it should get delivered today. I am so sorry about this, we know your order is important to you. Customer Service will send you some complimentary accessories for your troubles. We will also have Tech Suport check on your kiosk to make sure it is functioning correctly. There are some features in the web system that are different from the kiosk, however both programs allow you to view the glasses on your face. We will double check everything. The sizing currently is just supposed to be a general guide of how the frame fits, but we recognize more information is needed. Opticians review every order before processing as well. Hello Customer. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately your employer really limited the frame collection, which we advise not to do. But for various reasons, they asked that it be limited and I am very sorry that in the collection there were not more options for you to pick from. Hello Customer. As you add items to your cart, it will show you the product cost, the benefit amount covered by your employer and then any out of pocket costs you have. Each employer covers something different, so as you add items the cart will calculate. If you have any questions, our customer service team can readily assist as well. It looks like your employer only covers a certain amount towards the frame and lenses, but any options or coatings is the responsibility of the employee.
