Hello Angela, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed by the frame selection. We try to offer a wide variety of frames to our customers but, in this case, your employer has limited the frame options available to employees. Employers may cover a portion of a benefit, but sometimes it's not enough to cover the glasses/lens options for the employee. We try to meet a balance between the quality of the products we sell in addition to keeping products affordable. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. Thank you!

Hello V, thank you for your review! We try to offer a wide variety of lens coatings for the customer to choose from. Unfortunately, your employer has limited their coating options and has made tints unavailable to order at this time. We would recommend reaching out to your EHS safety manager and requesting this as an option made available for employees. We appreciate your feedback!

Hello Customer, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the ordering/return process. Eyelation does have a frame warranty policy where, if the frame breaks or has a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the frame up to a year from when the customer receives the frame. If you ever have any questions about frame fit, adjustments, etc before purchasing you can give us a call and one of our opticians would be happy to assist with selecting a frame that would fit best. We try to provide a variety of frames for the customer to choose from, but selection may be limited based on your company's safety policies. Our opticians review and take measurements before processing an order and will reach out to the customer if there are any concerns. Eyelation has a 30 day guarantee policy where you can return/exchange your glasses up to 30 days from receiving your order. If you are experiencing frame fit issues when you receive your eyewear, please give us a call at 708-468-8229 and one of our opticians would be happy to assist with the return and with finding frame options that would be a better fit. Hello Cody, thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that your choices were limited due to your company's set benefit amount. All of our polycarbonate lenses (Single Vision, Bifocal, Progressives) have a standard scratch coating, but if you upgrade to our Ultra Hard Coating, Anti-Fog, or Blue Light lens treatments they come with an additional ultra hard coating to protect against scratches and it comes with a 1 year lens warranty. All glasses come with a 30-day return policy so that if for any reason, you are able to call us and return or exchange them.
