Hello Customer, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. We do have a virtual try-on feature where you can use your photo to see a 2D version of the glasses on your face. To access the virtual try-on feature on the web order site, you first select the smaller image of the glasses you would like to see. Once you have selected the image, a larger image of that frame will appear. Under the larger image, there is a button that says "Show Glasses on Face." Click on that button and it should activate the virtual try-on feature. Hello David, thank you for your feedback. The goal of our size filters and our virtual-try on feature is to assist with gauging the size of the frame and the fit on your face. Additionally, a staff optician reviews the order and takes measurements before processing your order. However, if you have additional questions about the sizing of certain frames and which frames may fit your face best, you can call us at 708-468-8229 and one of our opticians would be happy to provide suggestions. If you are experiencing frame fit issues when you receive your glasses, please give us a call within 30 days of receiving your frame and an optician can assist you with exchanging your frames for a better fit. By getting a scaled image of the person’s face, Eyelation is able to take measurements needed to make a pair of glasses. The photo is not just for customers to see how they will look, but for opticians to review the frame fit and prescription before processing. We are sorry to hear that uploading the photo took longer than expected. Our system detects face masks and glasses so it may take a few tries to upload a photo if the system is detecting something that is obscuring the face.
