I ordered my glasses on 4/19, it is now 5/9 of 2022 and I have yet to receive it them.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 12, 2022
Hi Leair, I checked your order. I believe we are waiting on approval from you company (your program administrator) to process your order as it has multiple frame orders on it. For further information please contact our customer service at 1-888-308-4703 or [email protected]. Thank you.
WILLIAM
The frame selection is too small. Add more frames please!
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 6, 2022
Hi William, thank you for your review. We do have over 125 frames available. It is possible your company has limited your selection for safety and company policies. Thank you.
Ronda G.
Not a very good selection. Do not have transition available
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 6, 2022
Hi Ronda, I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately some companies do not allow all lens options and limit the frame selection for safety or company policies. This is most likely the reason for limited selection and no transition options available.
Brandy T.
Still waiting on safety glasses no response no glasses very much needed for job
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.May 2, 2022
Hi Brandy, I see your orders for frames and respiratory inserts. It says the eyeglasses order was missing the Rx but I see it now with the respiratory insert order that was just placed. I am going to check with our customer service and opticians to make sure they have everything. I do apologize for the delay. You can always contact customer service at 1-888-308-4703 or [email protected] if you have further concerns. Thank you.

I love the frame, but my progressive lenses had a blurry close up sight.

No, tracking information ever received, when I did receive my order the case ordered wasn’t there. These glasses were ordered to have a tint and transitions, now I know they can’t, but the kiosk did not inform me of this. The kiosk also needed bi-focal lenses, I was called and this was fixed to single vision. I am still checking on charges on everything to make sure of what I was charged. I will call if I find a discrepancy in the charges.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Apr 19, 2022
Hi Raymond, I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations with our on-site kiosk. We do offer an online 24/7 weborder site that can be used from any desktop or mobile device. Our customer service is always there to answer your questions as well. I understand there was an issue with your transitions, if they do not meet your satisfaction please give us call at 1-888-308-4703 or [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
