Hi Robert, I am sorry to hear we did not meet expectations. We do not get status of frame stock until your order goes to the lab to process. Once we received this information from the lab, we email the customer to let them know. I apologize for this delay. I see we have received your new order and it should process soon. This is very easy to use, however the selection of "boots" is lacking. As a worker in water and sewer systems, it is imperative that I have slip on, waterproof boots. For my shoe size the only options were tennis shoes or lace up boots. For the safety of myself and my employees it is necessary for us to have slip on waterproof steel toe options.

I did check and unfortunately some companies limit the selection and lens coatings available to their employees as per safety and company policies. The website is lacking in details for the frames such as measurements, the interface is odd not intuitive, and there is little transparency is what is going on. This combined with no absence of order tracking proves very frustrating.

Hi Corin, I am sorry to hear about your frustrations. We appreciate this feedback. Unfortunately it is difficult to provide frame measurements as every brand size varies, it is not standard or universal. We do take your vitrual try on photo and pd measurements to determine the frame you select will fit. Our on-site opticians look at the information and determine if its is a good fit, if it is not they contact the customer and assist in making a new selection. We do send out a tracking email once the order is shipped( maybe in your junk mail?). I see yours was shipped this week and will arrive soon. For more information please contact customer service. Please note that some companies limit the selection available to their employees for company and safety policies, this could be why there is a limited sketcher selection.
