Very difficult to order. No clear instructions for take pictures of your face and prescription. We were 6 people with the same issue and same day.

website is not great. it was not clear that selections i made were what went into the order. i swear the price on a set of glasses changed from $41 to $52 when i clicked the 'back' button and tried to go back to my order. picking lens type and and treatments don't need to be two different screens that make it difficult to go back and make changes to adjust the final price. it was easier to delete the item from my cart and start over at selecting the glasses. just a clunky, crappy, website. making and modifying selections should be easy.

Although the opticians were very nice and very professional I was under the impression that I would be receiving an eye exam and get a valued prescription to obtain every day glasses in addition to my safety glasses that were ordered. There were posters placed throughout the plant advertising exams however no exams were given and I ended up with my same prescription. My EyeMed states I can get eye glasses yearly however the optician stated every other year. I was a bit disappointed.

We are able to provide a glasses Rx and although we do provide some personal eyewear, the visits are typically aimed at providing prescription safety glasses.
