I love that they come to our company and order from there. It’s quick and easy. What I do not like is that it’s takes so long to get my glasses and the last time I got a par, because I use progressive lenses, the placement/measurements were off. I should’ve sent them back I know but it would’ve been a long time before I would get them back.

Kelly McClain helped me to order glasses with bifocal lenses at a specified magnification as I had no Rx to submit. It would be much easier if you offered this capability for the end user online rather than requiring me to call to order.
