The glasses came with Line bifocal when we was informed that the fee was going to be waived for lineless bifocals. I have returned the safety glasses as I cannot get used to the lined bifocals

I will Let you know on this round but here is my past experience I ordered glasses a few years ago. You said the glsses I ordered would not fit my face right. So I changed my order to your recommendation. Turns out the ones you recommended were awful and did not stay on my face ever So I never really used them, Last march i tried again, you responded with my prescription was expired. I replied to your email and said i dont want a prescription just glasses with simple lenses. I never heard back. So it’s now try number 3. I ordered glasses. And u dont have the option to purchase with no prescription So i replied to last years email again to see what comes out of this This will be my last try. If this does not work out, i will be talking at union meetings to not use this service through your company. Also will take my complaints to members to discuss with our trustees to use another vendor Hope this works out

No way to filter by PD, broken link on the goggles (check your url, I was able to adjust in my browser to open it), no contact info for tech/customer support, won't let you check out without a photo of your face (it will say "upload a valid photo of prescription" even though you will have already uploaded it, uploading face photo fixes it). TLDR: Need to check your website's software

The selection of work boots with size 12 wide was very limited. Applied the filter for 12 2E and showed many options but when trying to order none of the options were available. Had to settle for a shoe over boot to get the size required.
