Hello. We appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were not able to get the color choice you preferred. Our system shuts off frames when they become too low in inventory to eliminate delays. Photos are required on our website so our opticians can take extra measurements when needed and to double check the fit of the frames. Not all employees know what frame sizes should be ordered. Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We reviewed your order, the optician cancelled the order because the prescription provided expired in 2020. Legally we cannot order glasses with an expired prescription. We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you.
