Eyelation only shipped 1 of 3 items. I got the safety glasses with side shields in one box. I did not get the sleeve or the insert glasses for my respirator.

Crappy frames, took a month to get my glasses. The nose piece is memory metal but the arms bend very easily , the ear pads keep sliding off, the nose pads are super sharp and one fell off after 2 weeks of use. The lenses are nice though. Customer service is hard to get in contact with. To not be available during business hours is unacceptable. The first shoes took 2 months to come in. Also after attempting to exchanging for smaller size, I was sent the original size shoes. I am still waiting for my shoes. This has been a 3 month process of me just being patient.

It seems as though all of my information got mixed up with others because my address and prescription were incorrect for the glasses they sent and the documentation I received. I only even received the glass months after they "arrived" because they went to a someone else's address and she reached out to me through our work portal after she noticed they were in here appartment package room for months-even though I distinctly remember putting in my information correctly. The prescription was also way too strong, I think there may have been a technical error but I am not sure how because, again, i remember discussing that my prescription of my regular glasses were 0.75 and had not changed yet the document they sent and glasses have much higher numbers that hurt my eyes.

Accurate and full prices were not displayed while I was ordering and it was unclear what would be fully covered by my benefit until the item was placed in the cart and extra charges were added. Photos of some items did not include side shields and it was not clear from the website whether side shields are part of the frame. Frames are not marked for whether they will be good for high prescriptions, and high-index lenses were not fully covered by my benefit, which will make laboratory operations less safe for me. I had an excellent interaction with customer service, who recommended an alternate frame for me and confirmed that all frames have side shields. The recommended frame would not have been fully covered by my benefit, and I appreciate that it was after customer service recommended it. However, users with high prescriptions will have a challenging time having their benefits covered. I have not yet received the safety glasses, and once I do, I will be able to further comment about whether they allow safe operations in the laboratory without blurring or distorsion.

I placed an order at 07/20/2026 order 1612874 I understand that you are waiting on the manufacture, however that needs to be communicated to the customer. Also, you should review your supplier's dependability if they are taking too long to fulfill orders. I received an email 8/24/2026 saying it has shipped. I should expect it in the next 2-3 days hopefully. This company takes too long to fulfill orders. I will not be using them in the future.

The frames I ordered for my work safety glasses were not in stock. I was not aware of this and had to use the covers on my regular glasses for weeks. My regular glasses are now extremely wobbly and sit lopsided on my face and one lens has a wire poking out of the frame from having to use my regular glasses. So basically I have to buy another pair due to the delay. Glasses are expensive. It will be a while before I can afford a new pair. I am glad to be getting them before mine fall completely apart.
