Very personable representatives in the order process. Adam was outstanding. Selection was low and favorite brands (i.e., WileyX) sold out on Day 1. Eager to receive the glasses and see how the prescription is.

Lenses and coating are expensive but website was easy to use. But why is it mandatory to have a profile Pic to buy glasses?
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jan 20, 2025
Hello. We appreciate your feedback. Our site requires a profile picture because it is used to make sure the glasses will be a good fit. The opticians will verify the frame chosen isn't too large or too small and take additional measurements with our AI system. We want to ensure the glasses will fit and be measured properly. Thank you!

When you click on glasses and want to go back you have to start over. Not a big enough selection

I had problems finding information or the information was not on the web site. The prescription is not available for review, I did call the help desk and they emailed me my prescription. I also have an issue with entering credit card information, it was unclear how to get around (not saving) saving the CC information, I went through the CC section 3 times before completing the transaction.

not enough military boots, too many unknown brands, and to say they have a captivated market with blue origin, you'd think they would have a more discounted price, pull up any boot from eyelation on Google and at least 90% will be cheaper by a good margin

Need a better selection of glasses. Large equipment operators need better options for side visibility.
