There are a couple of issues I had which it why it is a 4 and not a 5: 1. I had an issue with logging on. 2. Prescription Great - Fit is a bit tight. I need a wider frame and there is no adjustment in the online ordering system.

Quality of Service was great. Wait time was the only issue. workers did they best to process them as fast as they could, but someone who already has a prescription, should not wait for more than 1.5 hours to get it processed.
