Said it needed a photo but not of what as I had already uploaded script. Then I realized it wanted a photo of my face. This should of been more clearly labeled or spelled out.

Ordered my glasses in September took 3 weeks to get them back then I could not see through the right lens wrong prescription sent them back to fix them and they got lost. Said they would replace them it’s now after Christmas and no glasses . What’s up?

Website sucks. Errors uploading picture. Errors when trying to pay. Only feedback is to email IT support. Had to keep trying different things. Took over an hour until I could finally get the order to go through.

Eyelation provides options that are often inconsistent and lacking. I need boots that fit a small, narrow foot, are oil and slip resistant, have a safety toe (steel or composite), and are tall enough to prevent debris from my work site from getting into my shoes (generally 6-8"). This is not an unusual combination in work boots on the market, but very difficult to find on Eyelation. If I weren't forced to use them through my work, I wouldn't.
