I still have problems focusing on the computer screen. I had the lens’s replaced once but wasn’t sure if it would be eligible to change the lens again.

I think that the prescription was not correctly installed in my safety glasses. Looking through my safety glasses that I use at work is blurry. I have to use my regular prescription glasses to work at my computer. My last set of safety glasses from Eyelation also seemed off compared to my prescription glasses for the optometrist.

When a person safety glasses break, you have to jump through too many hoops to get your glasses replaced it shouldn’t be this hard

Machine was set up by company safety director.was pretty easy to fill out information by myself.however issues started to mount.took 3x for machine to photocopy the Rx? The machine never asked me to measure my face to fit the new safety glasses? We were concerned and are still concerned if the new glasses when they arrive will have the same fitment? I went over my 200$ credit and had to pay 10$ out of pocket using my credit card.i made 2x attempts to put in my information and it still came up owing the 10$ amount.my safety director bill Pasquale helped me make 2x more attempts to settle my debt of 10$ but no results.Bill had to call Eyelation direct and get a representative and I had to give my credit card information over the phone.i still haven't received my safety glasses as of today 3/13/25.im anxious to see the final results! I have used Eyelation in the past with NO issues.seems to me the computer had issues?possibly have the machine serviced with local techs on a routine maintenance check?.I understand i had issues but our safety director had the same issues until he called Eyelation direct...

Lense came scratched..... Not enough to affect vision just annoying they couldn't even ship them in pouch NOT case wrapped in bubble wrap I think that could have spared the lenses

Didn't fit my face well. If I looked down, they slid off my face. Have to get some stick on nose pads and hope that helps

Ordered a navy blue pair, packing slip said navy blue, but glasses are black as the night. Not a big deal, I’ll keep em, just a little dissapointment at the lack of attention to detail
