Without an appointment. Also my first time using this service. I had my prescription ready. The associate got my information very quickly. Informed me of my options. I quickly chose frames that I liked. The associate asked the questions and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Everything went well and quick. Seemed like only 5 minutes and I was done.
