Online Eyewear is a waste of time
Eyewear should be an in person transaction. You cannot get the right fit or comfort from an app or online store. It's also a burden to keep having to return products like these until their what was needed bybthe consumer. Whatever my employer is doing by going this route is an increasingly stressful chore that many don't have time for and will just accept because they don't have the time or the energy to continue a pointless back and forth.

Put glasses on and couldn't see good out of left lens
Put glasses on and couldn't see good out of the left lens. Took glasses to be measured and the axis for the left lens was measured to be 83 when it was supposed to be 75. Working on a return.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great, the appointment was quick. I appreicate that. However, I do not like the glasses at all. The frames seem smaller than the sample pair. They are too tight on my head.

The fitting of the ear is too tight
I like the design of the glasses but they only concern that I have is the fitting it fits too tight to the Head causes the ears to hurt and the side of my head as far as that the glasses are are good

Not what I paid for
Customer service was great. Yet, I didn’t receive what I paid for. I paid for mid-level progressive transitional lenses. And they don’t transition

No eyeglass case included
Shipping was pretty quick, glasses are nice (I wish they had lighter options), but there was no case included. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to store my glasses in.

I wish u could still go in somewhere…
I wish u could still go in somewhere and be able to try on my boots, really dislike having to order online and hope that they work
