It was simple to upload the prescription and photo for the virtual try-on. The filter worked well to narrow the choices, but it had to be reapplied when you went back to the original search results. The virtual try-on was a little hokey, and not all glasses had the feature, but it was fun to get an idea of how the glasses might look. Selecting lenses and treatments was straightforward.

Overall great experience. Only reason I chose 4/5 is because I had asked rep on location if it was possible to receive a replacement nose piece for my previous eyeglasses I had purchased. Rep said they put in a note but I didn't hear back about it nor received anything besides the new glasses. If it wasn't possible that's okay, just would like to know. Ya know?

The ordering process was good except the voices were very limited. The precipitation safety glasses I ordered and received were good as far as my vision was concerned but the frames were too tight on my head. Not I’m supposed to send them back for an adjustment. I am required to wear safety glasses at work so this is a minor inconvenience. If I was dealing locally then I could bring them into the shop to have them fit to me and be able to try them.
