Good The site is easy to use and navigate. Bad The range of selections is much more limited. I didn't understand the difference between digital and freeform lenses and there was no help available. You don't offer a hard case option which I would pay extra for.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED TO GO THE MILE. IAM A PART OF THE TRANSITION TEAM HAVE ORDERED FROM YOU BEFORE. MY PERSCRIPTION DID NOT CHANGE.
