Hello Janet, We apologize for the time frame. We are so sorry you did not receive your glasses! However, to provide our customers with the best possible experience, we are unable to process prescription glasses orders unless a valid eyewear prescription is provided and uploaded to your account (it needs to contain a visible exam date within 2 years and eye care provider contact information). It appears that the original order was placed on Jan 22 and cancelled on Feb 16th after several emails regarding needing the prescription details. A new order was placed on Feb 25th. An email was sent regarding the prescription again on Feb 26th. We received the prescription from you on March 5th and the order was processed. It was shipped to you on 03/27. You should receive soon. We really appreciate your time and patience in this matter and we hope you enjoy your new safety eyewear! Thank you for your feedback and your business.
