The selection for frames and lenses was very easy to follow. The upload of your prescription was a little challenging for me. Also, I didn't receive any Lense cleaner or the Lense cloth to clean them, is that something you all provide to all customers? The deliver time was great and I also Love my glasses. Thank you again.

The assistant was super helpful, just disappointed in style choices. My Bolle glasses from the previous year have been awesome, but for whatever reason they were not available this time.

I was able to find a pair of glasses that fit well and I like it. However, it would be beneficial to have more options to choose from.

Placing the order was overall pretty easy. But I think it would be helpful to the client if you could provide links or info balloons to explain some things (e.g. frame size). You could also add the app that allows the client to virtually wear the glasses on their image to get a better idea of the look of the frames to help make a decision.

Hello OR, We're glad the order process was easy. Thanks for the suggestions! We'll consider adding more info about frame sizes and a virtual try-on feature to help customers choose frames. We appreciate your feedback. -Team Eyelation
