I went to other websites to find better descriptions and pictures of products. There were no filters that I would have liked to see. Example...Mid, High, Low...Dress, Casual, Work....Zipper, quick lace, standard lace....waterproof...steel, plastic, aluminum.

Selecting my standard prescription safety glasses options would have been ~ $169 more expensive than our previous system. I had to eliminate 2 standard options and still cost more than $50 than before

you get frames, and are charged for basic lenses with nothing added on then you can add to it ends up costing $300+ if you want all the features. most other sites like Zenni the frames are cheaper and basic lenses are free

Glases were bent when I received them, the box was torn open. It could have been caused by the carrier, not sure of that. I had to manually straighten the glasses and now they are very tight to wear.

Only one eye was under perscription. Upon having to have them sent back the benefit discount of 100usd was not reapplied. This caused me to have to pay the full price out of my own pocket after the glasses thay used the benefit for were improperly sent out.

I never got the eye exam I scheduled time for. She was rushing everyone through. I told her I had been having trouble getting my ete glasses rx from the place I had mt eyes checked last year and was unsure if they were still in business. Rather than completing my exam she told me if I couldn't get my rx that I could just have the exam the next time they visited us at Smuckers. She did not want to do her job and was not very polite. She would try to rush people through trying to tell multiple people what to do without explaining herself rather than spending one on one time with us.
