Your eyewear is eligible for a product adjustment, return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Hello Stu, Thank you for your reply. We do an assessment with a sophisticated handheld auto refractor. This serves the same purpose as the one in the doctor's office. We do have you sign an acknowledgement that tells you we are only checking your prescription, not the health of your eyes. This is a benefit offered by your company so you can obtain safety glasses. A comprehensive eye exam is always recommended for the health of your eyes. We apologize for the lack of selection and variety of frames. We can only offer what your company allows. Some of our sample frames in our kits do not have side shields on them. If they are not built in they will all have clear ones attached. You might suggest signage to your company administrator. A lot of the companies we service does not allow signage. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Again we thank you for your feedback. We hope your new glasses work well for you. -Team Eyelation

Hello Rebecca, We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We are concerned about the marks on your lens and the issues with PD number collection. We do take a PD measurement. We have a digital measuring system. That is why we need a photo of you. We are also looking into expanding our selection for smaller faces. However, your company chooses the final selection offered. -Team Eyelation
