I was told I would receive my glasses 3 weeks after placing the order. I am now at 2 months waiting. Ive called several times and got no where. Hoping to receive my order soon.

Hello James, Thank you for your reply. When you ordered online it was for a single vision lens. Your prescription does have an add power for a progressive. However, when a single vision lens is ordered, that is what is processed . Your current order is processed as a progressive. Hello Leonel, Thank you for your comment. Your order placed on 09/26 was shipped on 10/12 and delivered on 10/16. Normal delivery time is 10-14 business days. The frames and lenses are standard safety products authorized by your company. Basic lenses are covered by your company. You did order digital lenses and transitions which are only partially covered.
