Site is primitive and slow. Also must scroll to bottom of long page to log in . They make it difficult to find login page I must repeat.

It took over 1 week to process a return credit after the item was received It wasn't the credit to my bank it the credit in your system that took over 1 week to process.

I was looking for a 13 E. I should be able to filter out all boots that are not that size. currently, if I filter by that size, it shows every boot that has 13 or E. This made looking for my size frustrating.

Ordering the glasses was easy but the glasses prescription was not correct when delivered. The prisms in the lens were twice as large and strong as my actual prescription.
