I need a return to shipper shipping…
I need a return to shipper shipping label at the address you have on file for me. The prescription is very wrong. I can not focus and I get dizzy just having them on for a minute. I will wait until eyelation comes back to our site in May to get a new or replacement pair. I was so excited only to be disappointed. I am sure you will make it right for me.

The Rx came out all wrong
The Rx came out all wrong. The "Far" was in the "Near" Bi-focal lens. And I can see up-close or far in the main lens.

My prescription is way off on the glasses. I sent an email and it hasn't been returned yet. Not happy at all with the service.

Bifocal
My bifocal is in the middle of my lenses and I can't wear my pair because of this.

Disappointed
RX is good. But fit is terrible. Frames on both pairs are twisted and need major adjustments to fit my face straight and allow for clear vision. Very disappointed in fit of frames out of box.

I haven’t gotten any information on my glasses except the order number. So I’m supposed to give a review on an item that hasn’t shipped and I have no real way of finding out if they are even being made or where in the making process they are. If that’s the case then I’m not happy or satisfied in any way.

The web site was very difficult
The web site was very difficult. I had trouble uploading my photo, I had attached the prescription etc. but it would not allow me to complete my order. I had to contact technical support to upload my information. I have not received my glasses yet, so I don't know if there is a problem with them
