Nothing to do with the person that was on site she was great but just saw my order and glasses are not the color I requested, how will this be fixed i really don't want to have to mess around sending them back as soon as I get them.

There is no Harper in stock and the website doesn't give details why it's not listed anymore. It took 6 months to get them in stock. Found the remaining stock very limited and was having issues on how to convert my frame size of standard mm to small, medium, and large. And since I couldn't access the production details of pass orders. I had no reference point to look for replacement glasses already stocked. I highly suggest listing frame size small, medium or large along with the mm that is standard for selecting them.

It's been a month and I haven't received my glass yet.

There was a very limited selection to choose from. The online fitting was a joke. It was literally cutting out the frames and taping it to a picture of your face, but doing it online. Other online places have a much better way of doing this and have much better selection. On top of that, any add ons extra charges like bifocal are extra, to be expected. But step by step they guide you through in a "nickle and dime you" fashion through the extras, until you've added $300+ to the cost. I specifically hate that. Just lay out all the options, don't hide it like extra bags on a flight. And the charges even go to ones bought by the businesses that negotiate work requires PPE. I'm sure there's 1 awful pair that you could get for the agreed upon work voucher, but I didn't find it. And they sent me this survey before I even got the glasses. They literally just sent me an email with the tracking number and the tracking number hasn't been added to the unit because it hasn't been delivered to the shipping company. Can I have a survey after I actually receive the product? This is my biggest pet peev with online companies. They always sent surveys before I even get the item. Which leads me to why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. They will use your work voucher if negotiate with your work. If I don't have to come back, I NEVER will.
