Hello Tom, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the temple length wasn't satisfactory. That particular frame has a bendable material at the end of the temple. If you straighten it and bend it in vs down it will hug your head and stay on. Since the temple length is shorter this should help you. Hello Randy, We are sorry you feel our service is not acceptable. We only suggest getting an adjustment locally to make it more convenient for you. We are not on the same sites on a regular basis. We absolutely can send you a prepaid label to ship them back and we will be happy to adjust them for you. Most frames do require some adjusting upon receipt.
